Hi, I am happy with the Fritz and what makes it such a great experience for me is not so much the good quality of the appliances or the great amenities like the gym, coffee, the Wi-Fi room and the dog bath but the staff is so pleasant! The planting extravaganza was beyond wonderful! Again ladies – I cannot say enough about the community and sense of celebration that you both are creating within The Fritz!
I met some nice neighbors, and created a real succulent for my bathroom! This is the first plant that I have ever owned – had always been an anti-plant girl. Adel in was warm, helpful, and encouraging – I will certainly visit the Stump in the new year!

When absolutely beautiful and amazing things happen I think it’s important to acknowledge them.
I don’t know who the Good Samaritan is-but for some strange reason I got the idea to look outside my door and there were my packages. I’m having a very sick day and one of those packages was medication that I really needed but just wasn’t well enough to go down stairs and get.

The technician came this afternoon, and solved the problem of my door lock. Thank you for your team for always putting tenant first, and always answers my request in timely, and resolved problems and questions quickly. Your team are wonderful, I felt respect and cared in good hands, thank you all fritz staff!

Thank you again for the flowers on our door for Valentine’s Day, and the strawberry shortcake bar from yesterday. These nice touches and celebrations of life are what make living at The Fritz so special!
